Refund policy
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, you are entitled to a full refund, as long as you contact us at Contact@KingJediah.com immediately, with description of damage & photographic evidence of damage.
The item/s must be returned with tracking within 14 days, at your own expense and King Jediah is not responsible for any lost returns. We are unable to issue a refund without proof of receipt, that it has been sent for return.
We do not offer refunds for errors made on the customer's behalf (eg. Wrong address, wrong purchase etc...) The only exception being, that the postal service successfully returns the item/s. Once the item/s are returned, a refund will be granted (excl. shipping cost).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
